In Brisbane, 23 percent of families living in the suburb of Chapel Hill earned
$3000 gross or more per week (2006 census) compared against 5 percent in the suburb of Forest Lake. The suburb of
Caulfield North in Melbourne had 27 percent of families earning $3000 or more per week. In Perth the highest percentage of
families earning $3000 or more per week lived in Sorento (22 percent). And in Sydney, the suburbs of Pymble, Bellevue Hill,
Turramurra, Vaucluse, Dover Heights and St Ives all had a concentration of families earning $3000 per week or more above 30
percent.

the relative income earned by residents according to the 2006 census. Income levels would have increased since then but it
